Every year people choose to make New Year’s resolutions. Some choose to find a word to carry with them throughout the year that reflects their goals for the year. For 2025 I have chosen the word
PURPOSE
P – Passion: Know your Why
U – Understanding: Listen to Understand then Respond
R – Representation: Be Identity-Conscious
P – Patience: Know When to Act and When to Wait
O – Openness: Be Approachable and Vulnerable
S – Servitude: Demonstrate Altruism
E – Empathy: See Things from Other’s Perspectives
My goal is to approach life and business by keeping this word in Action and not just a passing thought. I will highlight every letter in future Blogs on the impact and importance of the meaning with that letter and how that affects my daily life and work.
